Producing in small quantities is another way we prioritize our
environmental responsibility. By doing so, we minimize waste and reduce our carbon footprint. This approach allows us to carefully manage our resources and ensure that each product is crafted with intentionality and care.
We aim to contribute to a healthier planet and also offer you products that are thoughtfully made and designed to last.
Recyled Fabric
In today’s world nylon is everywhere, but it's not always the most sustainable fabric choice and can have a negative impact on the environment. That’s why at Aiyana, we're committed to offering eco-friendly alternatives.
Some of our exquisite garments are crafted from ECONYL®, a fabric that's 100% regenerated from waste materials like discarded fishing nets found in the ocean, as well as waste fabrics and industrial plastics. These materials are recycled and transformed into a new, eco-sustainable nylon yarn.
Manufacturing
We are conscientious about
the sustainable practices adopted by the manufacturers we partner with to create your beautiful garments. Our partnering manufacturer is dedicated to environmental preservation, actively collecting and recycling all waste generated throughout the manufacturing process, in line with our commitment to sustainability.
All of our prints are created
using a digital sublimation process. We ensure minimal environmental impact by
employing a zero-water method, compared to other printing methods.
