At Aiyana we strive to provide you with the highest quality products and  want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

Aiyana Ltd reserves the right to reject the return of goods which are not returned in accordance with our delivery and returns policy.

Please take care when trying on your items as we will not accept returns of items which have make up, tan marks, odours, damages or other stains in accordance with our returns policy.

For sanitary reasons, we ask that items be tried on over underwear. Items must be void from stains, odours, and in their original packaging with hang tags attached.

Return Policy:

We accept returns on garment(s) within 14 days of you receiving the item(s). However, please note the following terms and conditions apply:

• The item must be returned in its original condition: unworn, unused, unaltered, and with original tags and packaging.
• Items marked as sale cannot be returned but are eligible for a gift card.
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt.
• Some items are not eligible for a return or refund but we will clearly state this on the product page.

How to initiate a return:

Please contact our customer service team at enquires@aiyanaswims.com to initiate the return process. Ensure the item is securely packaged, and include the original packing slip or order confirmation.

Ship the item back to us using your preferred courier service and obtain a tracking reference.

Once we receive your returned item(s) they will undergo inspection to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your return.

Exclusions:

• Aiyana Sale items are refunded by gift cards.
• Aiyana does not accept international exchanges but returns are accepted for eligible items as per this policy.

Refund Process:

Once we receive your returned
item(s)  they will undergo inspection to ensure they meet the  return eligibility criteria. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your return.

• If the return is approved, we aim to process your return within 3-5 business days.
• Card refunds can take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, and this depends on their processing times.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes the fit isn’t right and can be particuarly more complex with cup sized swimwear, but don’t worry, we’re happy to accept exchanges on any garment that is unworn with labels intact.

• We accept exchanges on eligible garments within 14 days of you receiving the items.
• To exchange your item, please contact our customer service team at

• Exchanges take between 3- 5 working days to process after its received at our warehouse.
• Please note that we do not cover the cost of posting the item(s) back to our
  warehouse.
• On the first exchange, we will send the new item out to you at no extra charge.

Other information:

• We don't take any responsibility for lost parcels whilst being returned to us. We
  appreciate your understanding.
• By purchasing from Aiyana, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this
  14-day returns policy.
• Aiyana reserves the right to modify this returns policy at any time. Any changes will be
  effective immediately upon posting on our website.
