Royal Mail (3-5 business days).

Orders will be dispatched from our warehouse in London, United Kingdom. Our international deliveries are either handled by Royal Mail International, DPD or DHL Express. Please allow between 24-48 hours for processing your order. Generally, if you place your order before 4 pm Monday- Friday we aim dispatch your item on the same working day. We use a signed-for delivery service, so please ensure that you or someone will be present at your chosen delivery location to receive the package.

All international orders (outside of the UK) are subject to local customs or import duties that must be paid before your items can be delivered to you.

The delivery fee excludes any local customs and duties taxes, and both of which are the responsibility of the customer. Your local customs office should contact you once your order reaches them to provide instructions on how to receive your parcel and handle any necessary payments for customs duties or taxes.

If you refuse a shipment or your shipment is returned to sender a £15 fee will be deducted from your refund once your order has been received back.
